With the addition of sweet cream to the perfectly ripened bananas creates this smooth and indulgent creamy banana taste profile that is unique and one of a kind.

Inspired by the local Vietnamese banana pancake dessert. This elevated creation took on a creative twist with the addition of roasted almond, brown sugar and boba. The roasted almond adds depth in flavour while the chewy boba gives another layer of texture and fun to the drink experience.
Chocolate Cream (serves 45)
Add 700ml non-dairy cream, 200ml fresh milk into a bowl and use the hand mixer mix 3 minutes at medium speer
Add Chocolate Sauce and Flavour Maxx into bowl and mix for 2 minutes
Finally add remainng non-dairy cream and mix for another 1 minute
Keep in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours
